    Veriface provides digital media analysis services, where reports are generated based
    on user-submitted content.
    Due to the nature of digital services:
     Work begins shortly after submission
     Results are delivered digitally
     The service cannot be "returned" once completed

  2. No Guaranteed Refunds
    All purchases are considered final.
    We do not guarantee refunds once:
     The analysis process has started
     A report has been delivered

  3. Eligible Refund Cases
    We may provide a refund, at our sole discretion, in the following cases:
     The service was not delivered within a reasonable time
     A technical issue prevented completion of the service
     Duplicate payment was made

  4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be issued for:
 Dissatisfaction with results or conclusions
 Disagreement with analysis outcomes
 Misinterpretation of the report
 Change of mind after purchase
